Former United States Ambassador to the UN John Bolton has predicted that if Hillary Clinton becomes president, she will sign the US up to the International Criminal Court at the Hague.
Speaking at Shurat HaDin's "Towards a New Law of War Conference" Monday, Bolton delivered a typically scathing critique of the current White House's foreign policy.
"Iran learned that if it waits long enough the Americans will give up, remove the sanctions and do whatever they want," Bolton said, attacking the Obama administration's policy of appeasement towards Tehran. "International sanctions against state sponsors of terrorism are not meaningful, since they're always removing them."
Turning to the ICC, Bolton called on democratic nations not to engage with the court, branding it unaccountable, illegitimate, impotent and biased.
"We must not cooperate with the ICC - that gives them legitimacy," he said. "The ICC is an illusion. A bunch of people in black robes will never be able to stop the brutal dictators who carry out mass murders."

"No one elected them, there are no checks and balances. It is in practice an ad hoc tribunal to attack African leaders," he continued, adding that his "happiest moment" in service of the US government was the day he removed America's signature from th Rome Statute.

"Fortunately, Obama didn't resign until now, as he knows he won't have a majority in the Senate in favor," Bolton stated.
But "if Clinton is elected, she will rejoin Americans to the ICC and resign the Rome Statute," he warned.

Bolton also accused commentators and leaders of perverting international law for their own ends.
"Most things which are considered 'international law' aren't law at all. They don't have any democratic legitimacy," he said. "This harms the sovereignty of states and is fixed by people who weren't elected by anyone."

Sverige och EU betalar palestiniernas attack mot Israel i ICC.

Enbart Sverige betalar stora mängder av våra skattepengar länk förutom än mer från EU gemensamt för att sprida judehat. Vet det svenska folket om det eller är de bedragna som vanligt?

Sverige betalde också när Israel satte upp sitt nödvändiga terrorstaket, hos ICC - i domen nämndes inte ordet terror förutom av Israel!

Report: Europeans Funded ICC War Crimes Submission against Israel

(JNi.media) NGO Monitor has issued a report titled “European Funding for Palestinian NGO Submission to the International Criminal Court on Alleged Israeli War Crimes during 2014 Gaza operation.”

The report notes that on, November 23 four European funded Palestinian NGOs, Al-Haq, Al-Mezan Center for Human Rights,Aldameer and the Palestinian Center for Human Rights (PCHR) submitted a document to Fatou Bensouda, Prosecutor of the International Criminal Court (ICC), claiming evidence and testimonies of alleged Israeli “war crimes” perpetrated during the 2014 Gaza war (Operation Protective Edge).

The NGO Monitor report suggests the “lawfare” campaigns of these NGOs seek to erase the context of Palestinian terrorism targeting Israeli civilians and to obstruct Israeli attempts at defending against it. And, of course, Al Haq, al-Mezan, PCHR and Aldameer all receive extensive direct and indirect funding from European governments. These governments irresponsibly fund and enable political campaigns with the sole purpose of demonizing Israel under a façade of human rights.

According to NGO Monitor, these four NGOs are all leaders in anti-Israel activities (including boycott, divestment and sanctions campaigns), and this submission is part of the ongoing “lawfare” campaign exploiting international institutions in general and the ICC in particular for anti-Israel campaigns. This tactic was adopted at the NGO Forum of the 2001 Durban Conference, and is an integral part of the Durban Strategy which seeks to demonize and delegitimize Israel.

Incidentally, according to NGO Mönitor, three of those NGOs have attempted to have Israeli officials, including Tzipi Livni, arrested in Europe for alleged “war crimes,” prompting the British and Spanish governments to amend their laws. Al Haq and PCHR have also filed several civil lawsuits in the UK, Canada, and the US against Israeli officials, the British government, and foreign companies, aimed at advancing BDS. All of these cases have been dismissed by the courts at the preliminary stages.

By the way, according to the same report, Al Haq’s director Shawan Jabarin, who personally submitted the document to the ICC prosecutor, has been accused of being a member of the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine (PFLP) terrorist group, and has been denied travel visas by both Jordan and Israel. He has beendescribed by the Israeli Supreme Court as “Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde,” human rights activist on the one hand, and terrorist activist on the other. Al-Haq has also recently been accused of “corruption” leading the NGO to request the Palestinian Authority audit its books to clear it of suspicion. This investigation is still pending.
