Har du också observerat oredan? Trump får snarast ta in Bolton för att få ta in kunskapsmässig hjälp.

Mosul victory a result of Trump's leadership'

Middle East expert Dr. Ephraim Herrera says recent victories over ISIS a direct result in shift in US policy.
Contact Editor
Eliran Aharon,

The ISIS terrorist organization has suffered a number of defeats in recent months, including the liberation of Mosul.
Middle East expert Dr. Ephraim Herrera spoke with Arutz Sheva about how the fortunes of the terrorist group have changed so quickly.
ISIS' defeat in Mosul is "the result of the change in the policy of the United States, and the decision of President Trump not only to fight the Islamic State, but also to suppress it," Dr. Herrera said.
He cautioned, however, that "we have to understand that the Islamic State has not been knocked out. It remains with large enclaves in Iraq and in Syria. It will be very difficult to reconquer these enclaves."
"But I think it is a good step towards this aim [of completely defeating ISIS].
Dr. Herrera also cautioned that other problems would remain in the Middle East after the defeat of ISIS, especially in Iraq and Syria.
"We have to remember that the main reason for the war in Iraq and Syria is the [conflict] between the Sunnis and the Shiites, and this war is not going to stop.
"You have other forces: al Qaeda, al Nusra and what are usually called the opposition forces to the Assad regime."
He added that the opposition forces would continue to fight against Iranian dominance in the region.

Kina och Trump inser faran med islam.

China Makes Major Moves To Ban Islam

10, 2015

ChinaIslam-1024x535
Apparently, China realizes what the West doesn’t. – Bet you never thought you’d read that here – Namely, that Islam is very dangerous. It’s kind of ironic that the oppressive nation sees what free nations don’t: Islam will turn nasty. It always does. Everywhere the religion/political ideology have been given an inch, they’ve taken a mile. Like a rabid dog, once it gets strong enough, it will bite us.
So what is China doing? It’s declaring an all-out war to make sure Islam doesn’t take over, and never gains the strength to attack them. So let me simplify it:
– Female head-coverings are banned. Period.
– Men are discouraged from growing long beards (often poorly grown ones, might I add)
– Even Islamic restaurants are forced sell cigarettes and drinks. And …
– They must display them prominently. Any business owner who does not follow this order…will lose their business. Gone.
They’re not tolerating Islam at all. That simple. China sees what’s happening to the West. It sees what happened in France, throughout the European world, in Boston and even in Texas. And that’s just the tip of the iceberg! They see it, and they’ve decided to stop any kind of political Islamic plague before it grows out of control.
In other words: China learns. Unlike our inept government, it realizes, ‘Hey, Islam wants destroy us.’ It realizes that Islam is political in nature, not just religious. Don’t get me wrong, communism is terrible, but it’s also what absolves China from the shackling burdens of political correctness. They’d rather survive than be politically correct.

Målet är fred, inte två stater.

'The goal is to achieve peace, not to establish two states'

Elliot Abrams, a former Special Assistant to President George W. Bush, discusses Donald Trump's policies regarding the Middle East.

"Donald Trump made a mistake when he objected to my appointment as Deputy Secretary of State. He should have looked at who could help the Trump administration and not looked back at his campaign," said Elliot Abrams in a Walla News interview. Abrams, who was Secretary of State Tillerson's choice for his deputy, was rejected by President Trump. A known Israel supporter, Abrams served in senior posts in the Reagan and Bush administrations and said that Israel had also expressed disappointment that he was not appointed.
Abrams, who is visiting Israel to participate in a Jewish People Policy Institute conference, addressed the president's intentions regarding the Arab-Israel conflict. He said that "I do not believe that Trump's statement about one or two-state solutions means he is abandoning all previous policies in Washington. He meant to say that previous policies had not worked, we're still failing."
"The goal is not two states. The goal is peace," said Abrams. " So let's think of ways to move forward towards peace. The administration wants to involve more Arab countries in the process. I think this is the logical approach but I'm skeptical about its results."
Abrams feels that President Trump should not be involved in efforts to restart the peace process between Israel and the Palestinians but "its obvious that he would want to achieve a breakthrough where Clinton,Bush and Obama failed in the Middle East. This is one of the reasons he involved his son-in-law Jared Kushner in the matter -this is a sign of his commitment."
Abrams advises Kushner to learn from the past and study all the documents and talk with State Department historians as well as former senior American officials and negotiators. He says in this way he can learn why past efforts have failed.
Abrams believes that the administration has returned to the Bush administrations approach which was not concerned by natural growth in Judea and Samaria but did try to prevent territorial expansion. "A few weeks ago the White House used the expression "foothold in the West Bank". I understand this to be a call on Israeli leaders to exercise some restraint, as Bush asked Sharon. The US does not want to see territorial expansion at a time when it is trying to assess whether the peace process can be rejuvenated."
Abrams says he hopes the president will fulfill his promise to move the embassy to Jerusalem but stressed that this is a long process. "A campus must be built including office rooms and a house for the ambassador and all the embassy staff must be transferred from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem, so it's a question of finding accommodation. If the move is planned from now it will still take five or six years," said Abrams.

PA officials: Trump showed Abbas videos of PA incitement

Abbas reportedly claimed that the videos were forged: 'Just ask the CIA.'

Contact EditoTal Polon,
PA officials confirmed reports in Israel that US President Donald Trump had lambasted PA Chairman Mahmoud Abbas during their meeting in Bethlehem over the PA’s involvement in anti-Israel incitement.
On Sunday, Channel 2 reported that the meeting between Trump and Abbas in Bethlehem last week had been anything but cordial.
The report cited a US official present during the meeting who claimed that the president had expressed outrage with Abbas, yelling at him regarding Abbas’ claims that his Fatah faction was not involved in anti-Israel and anti-Semitic incitement.
“You tricked me in Washington,” the president is said to have yelled at Abbas, referencing the PA leader’s March trip to the US capital.
On Wednesday, the London-based Arab news outlet “Al-Araby Al-Jadeed” cited PA officials who confirmed the reports. According to them, Abbas had described his meeting with Trump in Bethlehem as “unpleasant,” and said that Trump had expressed anger towards him, blaming him for incitement against Israel.
According to the report, Trump showed Abbas a number of video clips, including one in which Abbas was seen saying, “We incite, and the Israelis incite.” In response, Abbas had claimed that the videos had been cut, and were being taken out of context.
The PA officials said that Abbas had claimed that Trump’s rage at him was the result Israeli “incitement” against him. “You have methods in the CIA, ask them to analyze the videos, and you’ll find that they were taken out of context or forged in order to incite against the Palestinians,” he reportedly told Trump.
The PA sources described the meeting as having been tense, and said that Abbas had repeatedly exploded in annoyance when his senior advisers asked questions.

Media reports about Donald Trump’s alleged exposure of Israeli intelligence to Russia regarding an ISIS terror plot have naturally focused on what the incident tells us about the president and his fitness for office. But along the way, these accounts have also revealed an essential aspect of the U.S.-Israel alliance that traditionally has largely been hidden from public view: Israel’s essential role in providing Middle East intelligence to the United States.

The president was greeted on the tarmac by President Reuven Rivlin, Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu, Ambassadors David Friedman and Ron Dermer, and members of the Israeli cabinet.
After his arrival, President Trump addressed the gathering of Israeli officials and top IDF brass, calling Israel “one of the world’s great civilizations” and pledging to fight terrorism in the region and across the globe.
“Thank you, and Shalom. It is wonderful to be here in Israel. President Rivlin, Mrs. Rivlin, Prime Minster Netanyahu, Mrs. Netanyahu, thank you very much. I'm deeply grateful for your invitation, and very, very honored to be with you.
“On my first trip overseas as president, I have come to this sacred and ancient land to reaffirm the unbreakable bond between the United States and the State of Israel.
“In this land so rich in history, Israel has built one of the world's great civilizations. A strong, resilient, determined, and prosperous nation.
“It is also a nation forged in the commitment that we will never allow the horrors and atrocities of the last century to be repeated.
“Now we must work together to build a future in which the nations of the region are at peace, and all of our children can grow, and grow up strong, and grow up free from terrorism and violence.
“We love Israel. We respect Israel. And I send your people the warmest greetings from your friend and ally, all of the people in the United States of America. We are with you.”

US President and PA chairman deliver joint address on plans to jump-start stalled peace process.

Contact Editor
Gary Willig,

US President Donald Trump and Palestinian Authority chairman Mahmoud Abbas delivered a joint address at the White House Wednesday afternoon.
President Trump called on the PA leadership to end all incitement and for the terrorist organizations which threaten peace to be defeated, such as ISIS.
"Peace also means defeating ISIS and other terrorist groups. These groups are a threat to all people who cherish human life," he stated
"There can be no lasting peace unless the Palestinian leaders speak in a unified voice against incitement to violence and hate," he cautioned. "There is such hatred. But hopefully there won't be such hatred for long."
"All children of God must be taught to value and respect human life, and condemn all of those who target the innocent.
"Any agreement cannot be imposed by the United States or by any other nation," Trump said.
He applauded the security coordination between Israel and the PA, saying that he was "surprised" at how well the two forces worked together."
Abbas voiced faith in Trump's ability to bring peace. "I believe that we are capable, under your leadership, your courageous stewardship, and your wisdom, as well as your great negotiating ability...we can be true partners to you to bring about a historic peace treaty."
"With you we have hope," he added.
Abbas also called for Israel to withdraw from Judea and Samaria, and claimed that the Palestinian Arabs are the only people in the world which lives under an 'occupation,' although there is no dearth of peoples whose lands are not independent. In addition, Israel's presence in Judea and Samaria is not an "occupation" in the legal sense of the world. The region is part of the original area the League of Nations set aside for the Jewish homeland, cut away by Britain, followed by Jordan's occupation of the region after it attacked the fledgling state of Israel in 1948. This occurred before the Arabs living in what the Romans named Palestine declared themselves to be a people.
“It is about time for Israel to end its occupation of our people and of our land after 50 years. We are the only remaining people in the world that are living under occupation.
