Jag har känslan att man demonstrerar för livsfarliga nöjen. På den gamla goda tiden var det sannerligen inget fint att visa att man hade denna livsfarliga sjukdom.

Tel Aviv shows solidarity with Barcelona
Tel Aviv municipal building lit with the colors of the Spanish flag following Barcelona van attack.
The city of Tel Aviv on Thursday night showed solidarity with Spain following the terrorist attack in Barcelona, lighting the municipality’s building, located at Rabin Square, with the colors of the Spanish flag.
The building has in the past been illuminated with the flags of other countries following previous terrorist attacks, most recently in May, when the building was lit with the colors of the Egyptian flag following a shooting attack against Coptic Christians in Cairo.
At least 13 people were killed and 100 injured in Thursday’s attack at the busy Las Ramblas avenue. Authorities believe the death toll could rise.
Police have arrested two suspects in connection with the attack, but have not yet caught the driver of the vehicle, who is believed to have fled on foot.
The Islamic State (ISIS) has claimed responsibility for the Barcelona attack, through its Amaq news agency.
Here in Barcelona, there was hope that the sting of Muslim terror would leave out of this deadly game.
I will admit that with the rise in Islamic terror across Europe, I started to question my own hopes for this oasis of quiet. The thousands of tourists enjoying themselves in La Rambla drew out the Muslim extremists.
The world is now mourning the murder of innocents, but it’s really time for the West to wake up.
Just like in Israel, it is difficult to stop this kind of terrorism. Rhetoric won’t stop the bloodthirsty terrorists from striking in Germany, the UK, Spain, or Israel.
It’s time for Europe’s leaders to stop babbling and to come together and make a united effort against those who want to violently impose Islam on the world.
Weakness and rhetoric, the kind we still see emanating from European capitals, will only bring the free world to catastrophe.
To win this war, security forces must ignore the background noise, ignore the bleeding hearts, and to stop citing ‘violations of personal rights’ when the safety of innocent people is at stake, and to ignore those who scream bloody murder every time a Muslim is given a security check at an airport.
Time to let the security establishment secure us.

Min uppfattning är att EU-ledare har fått oerhörda muslimska mutor, varför hade de annars dragit in såna enorma mängder muslimer som har visat ett totalt dödligt uppträdande i EU. Vad har muslimerna haft något som helst positivt inflytande?

Cardinal Christoph Schönborn, the Archbishop of Vienna who is considered second-in-line to Pope Francis, gave a special interview to Arutz Sheva at the sidelines of a convention of the Conference of European Rabbis in Vienna.
Schönborn began by calling Jews and Catholics in Austria "neighbors" and "friends," noting that "it's less than half-a-kilometer between the synagogue and the cathedral (in Vienna), and that's not only geographical it's also spiritual."
Regarding European hostility to Israel, he said, "I don't think you will hear from the Catholic church such voices. We have such a good and close relation to not only to the Jewish people, but especially to the state of Israel."
"There are political tendencies in Europe...and it's good to stand up against them, (which is) what we try to do, but we have only one voice but I hope that voice is heard," said Schönborn.
In a biting comment on the BDS movement seeking to boycott the Jewish state, the Cardinal said, "I think it is not only false, it's stupid."

Last September, Cardinal Christoph Schönborn, Archbishop of Vienna and expected to be the next Pope, denounced the possibility of “an Islamic conquest of Europe”:
“Many Muslims want to see that and say that ‘Europe is finished,’” Cardinal Schönborn said, before accusing Europe of “forgetting its Christian identity”.
Now it is the turn of an ordinary Iraqi Christian. She warned Austrian lawmakers that Islamic asylum seekers want to take over Austrian society and that they could succeed in two decades.
As Breitbart reported, quoting the newspaper Kronen Zeitung, “Maria” spoke to Austrian television about her personal experiences with Muslim asylum seekers living in asylum homes where she volunteered as a counsellor. “Religion is the core of every conversation”, she said.
“Maria” gave a warning to Austrian lawmakers saying that countries like Iraq, Egypt, and Syria were moderately liberal societies 40 to 50 years ago but have radically changed. “The politicians must intervene, otherwise Austria will be - in a maximum of 20 years - as Afghanistan is today”.

It is the result of a study published by the prestigious Vienna Institute of Demography.
Muslims don’t need to become the majority to change a society. But above all, as the US journalist Rod Dreher said, “one gets the impression that today’s European liberals are ashamed that the armies of the Christian West prevailed and broke the Ottoman Siege of Vienna”.
It is far from certain this time, that Vienna can be saved again. Or that it wants to.

Rabbi Nehemia Lavi, 41, and Aharon Banita Bennett, 21,<span style="color: magenta;">/se TT/</span> have been named as the two Israelis murdered in a <a href="http://www.israelnationalnews.com/News/News.aspx/201373" style="color: #046eb9; cursor: pointer; font-weight: bold;" target="_blank">stabbing attack</a> on Saturday night, which took place in Jerusalem's Old City and left two others wounded.

Bennett, along with his wife and two-year-old son, were attacked by the terrorist; his wife was seriously wounded and the child lightly wounded.</div>

Rabbi Lavi, a father of seven, is originally from Beit El in Binyamin north of Jerusalem, but has lived in the Old City for the past 23 years. He is a rabbi at Yeshivat Ateret Kohanim.</div>

According to the rabbi's friends, he went down with his gun to try and save those wounded by the Arab terrorist in the attack, but the terrorist stabbed him and took his weapon.</div>

The rabbi's funeral will take place on Sunday at 12 p.m., at the Har Hamenuchot Cemetery in Jerusalem.</div>

Rabbi Lavi volunteered last summer to take an officer's course as part of his IDF reserve duty, so as to become an officer in the army and stay on longer.</div>

His friends, officers from the course, eulogized him saying, "we are shocked by the abominable murder. That a Jew who is pure is murdered in our capital city by a lowly and despicable murderer."</div>

"We've reached the end of our tether. Rabbi Nehamia hy''d devotedly studied and taught Torah most of his life," they continued. "He was supposed to be released from reserve duty and went to this course only so as not to be released at the age when one is released, so that he could continue to contribute to the people of Israel."</div>

"He was a pure heart! A man full of life and joy, simplicity and humility, he treated everyone with honor, just so as to help, to give!"</div>

Rabbi Nehemia Lavi, 41, and Aharon Banita Bennett, 21,<span style="color: magenta;">/se TT/</span> have been named as the two Israelis murdered in a <a href="http://www.israelnationalnews.com/News/News.aspx/201373" style="color: #046eb9; cursor: pointer; font-weight: bold;" target="_blank">stabbing attack</a> on Saturday night, which took place in Jerusalem's Old City and left two others wounded.

Bennett, along with his wife and two-year-old son, were attacked by the terrorist; his wife was seriously wounded and the child lightly wounded.</div>
<div style="color: black;">
Rabbi Lavi, a father of seven, is originally from Beit El in Binyamin north of Jerusalem, but has lived in the Old City for the past 23 years. He is a rabbi at Yeshivat Ateret Kohanim.</div>
<div style="color: black;">
According to the rabbi's friends, he went down with his gun to try and save those wounded by the Arab terrorist in the attack, but the terrorist stabbed him and took his weapon.</div>
<div style="color: black;">
The rabbi's funeral will take place on Sunday at 12 p.m., at the Har Hamenuchot Cemetery in Jerusalem.</div>
<div style="color: black;">
Rabbi Lavi volunteered last summer to take an officer's course as part of his IDF reserve duty, so as to become an officer in the army and stay on longer.</div>
<div style="color: black;">
His friends, officers from the course, eulogized him saying, "we are shocked by the abominable murder. That a Jew who is pure is murdered in our capital city by a lowly and despicable murderer."</div>

"We've reached the end of our tether. Rabbi Nehamia hy''d devotedly studied and taught Torah most of his life," they continued. "He was supposed to be released from reserve duty and went to this course only so as not to be released at the age when one is released, so that he could continue to contribute to the people of Israel."</div>

"He was a pure heart! A man full of life and joy, simplicity and humility, he treated everyone with honor, just so as to help, to give!"</div>

"He was stabbed in his heart, and our hearts bleed. We strengthen the hands of the security forces and are certain they will fight the murderers and those who sent them with a hard hand so that the nation of Israel will know no more sorrow and pain," concluded the victim's friends.</div>

The Islamic Jihad terrorist group in Gaza <a href="http://www.israelnationalnews.com/News/News.aspx/201374" style="color: #046eb9; cursor: pointer; font-weight: bold;" target="_blank">took credit for the murder</a>, which was conducted by 19-year-old terrorist Mohannad Shafik Halabi.</div>
